Congratulations to the Youth Level 2 squad for winning GCA's first Championship of the 2006-2007 season!  The Youth L2 squad finished first out of six squads in the NCA's Nashville Classic, held at the Nashville Convention Center on Sunday, November 12, 2006.  

Congratulations also to GCA's other three squads for earning the following placements:

Mini               5th place

Youth L3       5th place

Varsity          2nd place

Good luck GCA teams as you travel to Paducah, KY to compete in the American Cheer-Star Championships on February 24th and 25th!

AMAZING!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!  YOU HAD TO HAVE BEEN THERE , BUT WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND IN INDY!

YOUTH L2 IN 4TH ON SAT. SOME MISCUES. SUNDAY CAN YOU SAY "AWESOME" HIT A GREAT ROUTINE. SCORED THE HIGHTEST L2 IN THEIR DIVISON AND PLACE 2ND ONLY BY A FEW POINTS! YOU GIRLS ROCKED IT!!!

YOUTH L3. TIED FOR 1ST ON SAT. MUSIC STOPPED. NEVER HAVE I HAD MUSIC DIFFICULTIES IN 24 YEARS. THEY 8-COUNTED FOR 1:30 MINUTES TO PERFECTION. CAN YOU SAY "NATIONAL YOUTH L3 CHAMPIONS" UNREAL!!!

SENIORS YOU WON IN 07, WOULD THERE BE A REPEAT?  IT WAS YOUR SONG AND IT WAS YOUR TIME! NATIONAL CHAMPIONS AGAIN!!

AND WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT WAS OVER, AT THE END OF THE EVENING THE AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS AWARDED THEIR NATIONAL HALL OF FAME AWARD NOT JUST TO 1 TEAM BUT TO OUR ENTIRE GCA PROGRAM!!!  THEIR 1ST FOR A ENTIRE PROGRAM!

Summer is over! It's great to have everyone back in the gym. Youth groups are looking good. Keep focused and work hard. Seniors, 36, it's gonna be crazy this year. All our class programs are training very hard and having fun. GCA staff, you are all doing great! Keep up the good work. Kevin and Megan, the satellite programs are a huge success! Keep reaching for the stars with your kids! Jarred, you have  done a great job with all the tumbling classes. Bree, Deyvon, Brittney, Christine, Quincy, and Joel , you girls and guys are great! Keep the energy up in classes! Do we not have the greatest job in the world? YES we do!!!! See you all in the Gym. Coach Brantley
