Tuition:
$30 Annual Insurance / Registration Fee per family, pro-rated as follows: $25 Jan-Mar registration; $20 April-May registration; $15 June-July registration. This fee is due at registration.
Monthly tuition: $45 for the first child in household; $35 for 2nd child; $30 for 3rd child. Monthly tuition covers a four-week session.
Tuition may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Please specify payment period on check.
Monthly tuition is due the first week of each month. A late fee of $5 is assessed for tuition not paid by 10th day of each month (unless prior arrangements have been made with GCA). GCA reserves the right to dismiss a child from class if fees are not paid before the 2nd class of the month.
Returned checks will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
Parent / guardian enrolling child in GCA is responsible for all collection fees, attorney fees, and court costs associated with all outstanding debts.
Payments:
All tuition and fees are to be placed in the payment box located at the registration desk, marked with the child’s name, class day, & time.
Cash payments should be placed in an envelope with the payment information noted (child’s name, class day, & time).
Checks should be made out to GCA with the payment information noted (child’s name, class day, & time).
Dress / Attire:
Gymnasts should wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Leotards, shorts, and tee shirts are acceptable attire. Sports bras and crop tops are not acceptable attire. No jewelry is allowed. Long hair should be tied back with a soft band or barrette.
Missed Classes:
Please notify GCA in advance if your child will be absent. Classes are grouped according to age and ability; therefore it is important that each child attend his/her regularly scheduled class. Make up classes are offered at the coach’s discretion and must be scheduled in advance. No adjustments or pro-rations will be given unless a class is cancelled by GCA.
Equipment:
No one is to be on equipment without coaching supervision. Gymnasts waiting for their class to begin should remain in the gymnast waiting area.
Observation:
Parents and guests are always welcome to observe from the waiting area. All visitors and children should remain in the waiting area, off the gym floor and equipment.
Withdrawal Policy:
A written two-week notice prior to the month the child will be withdrawing is required in order to avoid being charged for that month.
Inclement Weather:
GCA will be open unless announced on the radio (WZLT-FM 99.3).
